Accounts & Orders
Account holders are responsible for credential security. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that we believe are placed in violation of our professional trade policies.
Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination. Tax exempt entities must provide valid certification prior to shipment for tax-free processing.
Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping times are estimates. All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point, meaning title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the product leaves our facility. Please inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
Returns & Warranty
Returns are generally y not accepted. All other returns maybe accepted if damaged during shipping or product is defective within 30 days of receipt. Most LED fixtures carry a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims cover the product only and do not include labor or installation costs.
Professional & Project Use
Contractors, property managers, and hotel groups may receive specific project quotes. These quotes are typically valid for 30 days. Volume discounts are calculated based on item quantity and inventory availability.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LED Lumenaires be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid for the products involved in any specific claim or dispute.
