We strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. Due to the nature of wholesale distribution with larger order volume, returns are generally not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or alternative resolution when appropriate.

Restocking Fee

For any return that is approved outside of damage or defect, a 30% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
